The applicant has applied to amend their existing Land Act tenure to add an additional Intensive Use Site

The applicant has applied to amend their existing Land Act tenure to add an additional Intensive Use Site hunt camp to their tenure area. The public is invited to comment. Responses are due by June 24, 2018. If no response is received by the deadline, the application and adjudication process will move ahead.

Intended Land Use/background context: The applicant operates a guided hunting business in the Elk Valley and has applied to amend their existing Land Act tenure to add an additional Intensive Use Site hunt camp to their tenure area. The proposed hunt camp would consist of a cabin, pit toilet, tack/horse feed shed, and a corral for horses.
