Hideaway is a great rustic horse camp located on private property. It features 4 campsites with separate, double corrals per site, a fancy outhouse, hot shower, communal firepit and covered picnic tables.

Trails consist of very old logging roads, cattle and wildlife trails on Crown land. No named trails except for those we maintain.

Crystal clear water from our deep well located right in the camp. Bring your own bucket for your horse.
There are 4 gravel campsite pads. One is a pull-through. A 5th rig can fit for group bookings.
Each campsite comes with a double corral. Free hot shower, free firewood for communal firepit, picnic tables under cover, chairs, awesome outhouse with water and sink. Dogs are allowed if friendly. Hideaway Horse Camp is a great little camp tucked in a corner of our forested property. Fully fenced, it offers a safe place to leave your rig while riding, or to leave your horse if discovering Wine Country is on your list. There are 2 trailheads a short ride in opposite directions which allow for returning to camp a different way than you left. Footing is fantastic and and much appreciated by barefoot enthusiasts. The main trails are marked and named. A map of the trails (to carry with you) is included in your campsite fee. *PLEASE NOTE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED*

Hideaway Horse Camp is located at 6514 McKinney Road , 15 KM east of Oliver. The elevation is 3,500 feet, making for cooler riding during the heat of summer. From Oliver, following the signs to Mount Baldy Ski Resort will take you right past us. We are the first driveway on the left after the yellow 15 KM sign. Hideaway has its own entrance with signage.
