Gowlland Tod Provincial Park

Day Ride Trail
Gowlland Tod Provincial Park is one of the few provincial parks in the area that allow horseback riding. Thanks to the horse trails created by the Garden City Horse Club that predate the park. More than 25 kilometres of trails, varying in degree of difficulty, offer spectacular views, as well as the chance to view animals in their natural environment. Located near Victoria on southern Vancouver Island, the park encompasses nearly the entire east side of Saanich Inlet, stretching from Goldstream to Brentwood Bay. Horseback riding is permitted on designated trails accessed via all three trailheads. Tod Inlet, Mackenzie Bight or Caleb Pike. See park maps at each location for more information in the Map Tab.
