Mount Seymour Provincial Park

Day Ride Trail
Mount Seymour Provincial Park is a semi-wilderness area only 30 min from Vancouver. Horseback Riding is permitted on the Old Buck Trail from the Old Buck Trail Parking lot to the Historic Mushroom parking lot. The trail is multi-use for hikers and mountain bikers. Old Buck Trailhead parking is location near the park entrance across the road from the gatehouse.
Trail length and difficulty are approx and based on summer hiking conditions. Old Buck Length: 2.3 km to Baden-Powell Trail junction or 5.5 km to Perimeter Trail junction. The trail starts gently winding through tall lush old growth forests. To The Mushroom Parking Lot: 750 m easy ride. Both these trails are a there and back to the Old Buck Trailhead parking lot.

The entrance to Mount Seymour Provincial Park is located on Mount Seymour Park Road in North Vancouver. 15 kms northeast of Vancouver via the Second Narrows Bridge and Mount Seymour Parkway.
