Deas Island Regional Park

Day Ride Trail
This popular park is situated on the Fraser River and the Deas Slough. In fact you will ride over the George Massey Tunnel. There are 3.4 kms of multi-use Trails horses can ride on. The island is a patchwork of habitats, from marshes and meadows to sand dunes. The shared equestrian trails are: Tidal Pond Trail, Slough View Trail, Dyke Loop Trail, Sand Dune Trail and Island Tip trail. Pretty much a there and back from the parking area. Dogs must be on leash.

Located east of the George Massey Tunnel, access is via a causeway off River Road (take the Ladner/Tsawwassen exchange north). River Road/ 62B St and turn onto Deas Island Road. Parking area is just when you enter the park.
