Fraser Valley Mounted Combat focuses on horsemanship, riding (English and Western), and horse archery.

We also offer limited board and training. Stephanie Laversin offers 50 years of horse experience in top quality barns as well as 30 years of continued development as a professional in the Horse Industry. Steph's certifications include: Licensed Equestrian Canada Competition Coach, Canadian Federation of Mounted Archery Certified Instructor, Archery Canada Certified Instructor, Technician in the Breeding and Training of Sport Horses (France) and Higher Technician Farm Analysis and Production (France). Steph offers a deeply well rounded education that always put the horse first!

Animal Lifeline Emergency Reponse Team (ALERT)

ALERT is an emergency animal response tam deploying through the local authorities in the South and Central Okanagan since 1994. Wit a regional animal intake facility in Osoyoos at Desert Park Equine Facility and satellite facilities within the area, ALERT will shelter animals during disasters/emergencies. Other functions include help with Emergency Planning for hobby farms, reunification of animals and evacuation, maintenance, mortality and trapping during a Response. All at not cost. ALERT supports ESS community teams and EOCs and is a 100% volunteer registered charity. The Operations group meets monthly (in-person/zoom) and provides on-going training for volunteer members.
