PXA provides facilities for rodeo, racing, horse shows & other events
The Princeton Riding Club was founded in 2014 to unite all interested horse owners and/or riders in our area. We meet monthly and provide riding opportunities and social events for our members. We host two 2-day Horse Shows per year. One in May focusing on English and Western flat classes and hunter classes. In September one day is for Jumper Classes followed by Dressage Classes the next day. The show are very well attended by equestrians from Oliver, Merritt, Summerland, Penticton and from our own local area. Other events include the 2 Princeton Parades, fun days, clinics, trail rides and social events. Our president is a certified equestrian instructor and coach and our key membership have past experience with the Canadian Pony club, 4-H.
